Requirements

ALL NEW STUDENTS MUST:
  1. Obtain the admission information from the Guidance Office and pay the Admission Testing Fee of Php 50.00.
  2. Submit the Admission Requirements to the Guidance Office In-Charge.
  3. Take the Admission Test (for Kindergarten – Grade 6 only); NO ADMISSION TEST for Grades 7 – 10 unless with grades below 8-.
  4. Undergo a personal interview. Likewise, parents will also be interviewed.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must:
  1. Submit all the requirements prescribed by the Guidance Services Center.
    • Letter of Recommendation from previous school
    • Photocopy of Birth certificate (PSA Copy)
    • Photocopy of Baptismal certificate (for Catholics only) 
    • Report card – Form 138 (photocopy of latest grade available)
    • One recent photo – any size
  2. Successfully pass the admission tests administered by the Guidance Services Center (for Kindergarten – Grade 6.).
  3. Undergo satisfactory review
    1. Kinder – The applicant must be 5 years old by August 31st of the current school year.
    2. Grade 1 – The applicant must be 6 years old by August 31st of the current school year.
    3. Transferees – the applicant must have:
      1. No failing marks in any subject during any quarter of the school year.
      2. Satisfactory deportment grade 
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
  1. New students should obtain an Admission Slip from the Guidance Office In-charge. The following should also be submitted to the Guidance office In-charge to obtain an Admission Slip:
    1. Medical/Doctor’s Certificate stating that the child is physically and mentally fit for enrollment.
    2. Original Report card with FINAL Grades
  2. Old students must present a report card so that they can be given the Enrollment Form.
  3. Old and new students must pay a reservation fee equivalent to registration fee to secure a slot. Failure to pay the reservation fee means the slot will be given to waitlisted applicants. This is non-refundable.
  4. Withdrawal Procedure: A student who wishes to withdraw anytime during the school year must inform the Principal in writing.
